NYSCA General Meeting – Opioid Overdose Training

The YES Community Counseling Center will provide an Opioid Overdose Prevention Training which will include: Educuation on the history and state of the opioid crisis, signs and symptoms of addiction, signs and symptoms of overdose, demonstration on how to administer Naloxone. Presenter Kathleen Coletta LCSW-R. All participants will get an Overdose Rescue kit containing Naloxone.

We will also be discussing the usual agenda items including Legislative, Insurance, etc. Please bring your questions, concerns and ideas so we can make the meetings more informative for everyone.

We strongly encourage all who can to dedicate time each month to attend our meetings, where your questions, challenges, and concerns regarding practice management can be addressed in real-time. Instead of sending emails, consider coming to our monthly meeting to receive immediate answers from knowledgeable peers and experts in the field.
